Team sponsorship: Teams can take advantage of the International and local promotion provided during the event: logo posting on event banner exposed at every destination, website. Sponsor’s logo can be applied on aircraft, caps, and promotional material can be distributed during the rally to the exception of Tshirts and banners.

Important notice:

International Air Rally is not responsible for teams affected by delays, changes of itinerary, diversions. Teams must follow the program and schedule established by the International Air Rally Organizing Committee unless security dictates otherwise: bad weather, political unrest in visited country, other events that will make destination a security hazard.
All for one and one for all: The Air Rally is an event, a group flying adventure and a unique group flying experience during which camaraderie spirit, mutual assistance and team support play a major role.

Since 2001, this event gathers teams from different continents. The success of the Rally relies on the team spirit and team’s awareness of the character of this International event. The International Air Rally brings pilots to “Aviation Friendly” destinations to promote the benefits of general aviation. Destinations provide wonderful hospitality and warm welcome to pilots by organizing unique activities.

There is NO OTHER Flying event of such kind implicating a large number of local volunteers working in partnership for the promotion of respective destinations.

The volunteers involved insure the well being and safety of the pilots.
They include : The IAR Organizing Committee, organizing committee of each and every visited destination including dignitaries, members of Provincial governments, Mayors and city council in addition to the representatives of each airport and fuel suppliers as well as partners (corporations & others) who make this event possible.

Considering that enormous efforts have been made at each destination to receive the participants of this event, participants have to understand that they must commit to follow the itinerary and follow the program established by the destinations and the Organizing Committee from the beginning to end (subject to weather conditions). Should any team decide to divert from the intended route for any other reason than mechanical, weather or health problem, the team will no longer be considered as part of the group.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify (without refund) any team or member of a team representing a risk for the safety and the wellbeing of the group.
