 International Air Rally is in charge of the entire coordination of this event from arrangements at departure point in Key West to return from Havana

Cancellation policy*:
- For VFR pilots: should the weather prevent you from flying, the departure will be postponed to the next day. The return will also be postponed 1 day.
- Should cancellation occur due to 3 consecutive days of bad weather (which is unlikely), participants will receive a refund.
